Megan Flanagan
An avid athlete, Megan is passionate about the effectiveness of massage techniques to improve sports performance. She is a licensed massage therapist who is ACSM-certified in Corrective Exercise. She is a master-level therapist with more than 7 years of experience. Her clients will tell you she’s an expert in myofascial release.

Senia Martinez
Senia graduated with an AOS Degree from The Colorado School of Healing Arts. She specializes in Myofascial Techniques and Sports Rehabilitation Massage. She is also skilled in several other modalities including Deep Tissue, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Reflexology, Cranial Sacral, and Healing Touch.

Rachel Goren, MS, LMT
My passion and purpose is to help athletes prevent injuries and heal injuries quickly and get athletes back to playing quickly. I haMve a master’s degree in kinesiology, where I discovered concussion therapy and actually being able to heal the brain and reduce symptoms. My specialty is sports massage therapy, which includes Active Release Technique, trigger point therapy, stretch therapy and cupping. I have worked with professional athletes and teams, including D.C. United, Colorado Rapids, Chicago Fire, Seattle Sounders, Denver Cutthroats, the Glendale Raptors and other rugby players, as well as University of Denver athletes.

The FAST Lab's Integrative Sports Massage incorporates a collection of massage techniques that aid in decreasing inflammation, increasing range of motion, enhancing blood flow to the muscles, and promoting recovery. An hour with our therapists will put you back on track!
90-Minute Massage
$120
Same awesome benefits as the 30 and the 60, but a luxurious 90 minutes to get your body on the way to recovery following your latest workout, training, or race.
120-Minute Massage
$140
A two-hour massage includes the same benefits as the shorter massages, but may also include cupping, stretching, ice, heat and other techniques to resolve myofascial restrictions and heal sore muscles.
