Myofascial Decompression, also known as Cupping, is an ancient treatment that helps reduce tightness and stagnation in the body. It is done by applying different sized cups to the body and then using a small hand pump to create a strong suction. The suction helps to relieve muscle tension, release fascial tightness and increase circulation. Although tight feeling and slightly uncomfortable the first few minutes, it begins to ease. Temporary marks are produced to identify specific areas in the body that are stagnant and unhealthy. This requires a lot of hydration to assist a body in detoxification and recovery.
doTERRA’s mission is to share the purest and highest quality essential oils. To do that, they created a new standard of quality: CPTG Certified Pure Tested Grade. doTERRA sources its oils from over 45 countries and supports the local farmers and harvesters who contribute to the oil production.
Essential oils have been around for a long time and we are still discovering the benefits. The oils are natural compounds found in various parts of the plants. They give a plant its scent, provide protection from environmental threats, and help heal itself after damage. These oils interact with our bodies to provide many of the same benefits!
