The goal of this coached program is to help athletes improve their run technique, rehab/prevent injuries, and improve running efficiency. The program includes a a video gait analysis and 6 corrective exercise sessions.This is a private coached program that is customized to the needs of each individual with a total of 8 sessions.

We start with a basic video run analysis that will identify the areas in need of improvement. To learn more about the video run analysis click here.

This will be followed by 6 sessions with your run coach in which we will educate the athlete on how to stretch, strengthen, and improve their form using corrective exercises and run drills.

Lastly, we will do a quick video analysis session (no report included) to show and highlight the improvements over the course of the program and identify what still needs work.

While many athletes will need more than 6 sessions to fully change their running form, this starter program will help each athlete take a big step forward in the right direction. Package must be completed within 4 months.

Youth and adult athletes of all ages, abilities, sports, and goals can benefit from developing the skills for speed. The ability to smoothly and efficiently run faster is the goal of this 6 session package. Athletes are taught drills, technique, and training principles that will help them develop the power and speed they need for their sport. This program is privately coached and customized to the sport and goals of each athlete. The program is ideal for any athlete who wants to get faster.

Package includes pre and post movement and speed assessments along with 6 privately coached sessions for a total of 8 sessions.
