Who’s coaching your kids? All of our Speed & Agility Coaches are “Youth Speed & Agility Specialists” certified by the International Youth Conditioning Association.
Class & Camp Coaches:
Lee Carman
- Athlete, biomechanics expert, Physical Therapist and certified Youth Speed and Agility Specialist, Lee designed and developed The FAST Lab S-3 System to accurately identify and eliminate all performance-limiting factors.
- Lee has 25 years of experience in Sports Medicine / Rehabilitation, sports biomechanics, neuromuscular retraining, and dynamic electro-physiological assessment utilizing the latest technology.
- As co-founder of the FAST Lab and President of International Pain Solutions, Inc., Lee has served as a consultant to various sports performance companies, utilizing his S-3 System, biomechanical concepts, and performance-retraining techniques to improve the performance of recreational, elite, and professional athletes from numerous sports.
- Graduate of University of New Mexico, School of Medicine, Department of Physical Therapy.

Shanequa Baker

Jon Baker
- Jon qualified for the US Junior Nationals in three jumping events (High Jump, Long Jump, Triple Jump) while at Bakersfield Junior College, in addition to playing Football.
- A two sport athlete at Arizona State University (Football, Track), Jon was named All-American as a long jumper in 1995.
- Jon went on to play in the NFL as a placekicker for the Dallas Cowboys and Kansas City Chiefs.
- Graduate of Arizona State University with a degree in Business Management. Master’s Degree in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix.
- Coaches youth soccer for Colorado Storm (Castle Rock) and has coached football and track at the high school and college levels in California.
Lynn Krekeler
