Custom Cycling Coaching and

We coach brand new athletes and seasoned masters. Some of our athletes compete in Gran Fondos, Triathlons, Road, Mountain, Gravel, and CX races. Others commit to improving their health while training for challenging events such as Ride the Rockies, the Triple ByPass, or multi-day events.

To ensure you get the best program for you, we offer two levels of coaching programs. Consider how much time you have to commit and how much accountability and coach interaction is best for you. Both levels of coaching provide a truly individualized and custom training program that includes:

      • Full onboarding consultation to review training history, current goals, and past events or races
      • Individualized daily training program
      • One-on-one coaching support
      • Schedule adjustments
      • Training and data review

Meet Coach Kathy

Combining a Masters’s degree in Exercise Physiology with over 25 years of coaching, Coach Kathy has developed athletes in a smart and efficient manner working as both a Coach and a Sports Performance Specialist for her athletes. 

Success comes from a well-designed, customized program based on her strong scientific background. She believes that Power, HR, and other metrics are instrumental in designing a plan, but years of experience and the human factor tie it all together.
