Our experts are asked often about what is best when it comes to stretching. Should you stretch before or after a workout? Should you do dynamic or static stretching? Should you stretch at all?

We here at The Fast Lab all agree that you should stretch! The general rule is dynamic (meaning range of motion) stretches before a workout and static stretches (meaning holding a position for 30 seconds or more) after a workout.
